tried calling at 8:00am to make an appointment. i was caller number 40!! after holding for more than a half hour i was told that all appointments for the morning were taken.
The same thing repeated itself when i tried calling at 11am to book an afternoon appointment!!! how is one supposed to get an appointment?
very disappointed and frustrated
