"Great reception team and Dr"

I was concerned getting an appointment for my elderly Grandmother, who has memory problems. We needed to be extremely tactful, however I should have had no worries at all. Colleague who dealt with me over the telephone several times was spot on, and totally understood the predicament I was in. She liaised with Dr perfectly, and the result was the perfect Dr's appointment. Staff were great, and Dr was brilliant, and totally got the gist of the appointment, without worrying my nan.
