About: The Princess Royal Maternity Unit / Ultrasound Scan (Maternity)

(as the patient),

We recently went for our 20 week scan at the PRM. 

I just wanted to praise and thank our sonographer who was an absolute breath of fresh air. The 20 week scan had us filled with nerves as first time parents, however we were immediately put at ease today. Our sonographer took great care, explained everything and was just so kind and reassuring. We just wanted to say thank you and show our appreciation.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion.

I was pleased to hear your 20 week scan went well and you felt well cared for by the staff within the Princess Royal Maternity Unit.

I can only begin to imagine how worried and anxious you and partner would have been so to hear your sonographer explained everything and showed a caring and compassionate nature throughout your stay was very heart warming.

I will be happy to pass on your thanks to the team who I'm sure will be touched to hear you had such a positive experience while under their care.
