"I was put completely at my ease about the whole thing"

About: Gartnavel General Hospital / Orthopaedics (ward 4c)

(as the patient),

From the moment I arrived in ward 4C at Gartnavel Hospital I was made welcome.

Surgeon (Mr Kennedy) and both Anaesthetists were there to speak to me prior to surgery that morning and nursing staff were amazing.

Everything was explained fully and I was put completely at my ease about the whole thing. Surgery was very successful and the care and attention I received before and after surgery was second to none.

The kindness and caring I received from all members of staff in Ward C was absolutely wonderful and I cant thank them enough.
