About: Perth Royal Infirmary / Pre-Assessment Clinic

(as the patient),

Was really impressed with the staff at my Pre assessment appointment today at PRI. So caring and helpful and took the time to explain everything AND managed to take a blood sample, first time and without a bruise, which was wonderful all because she took her time and really concentrated before ‘jabbing’ me with the needle. Nurses always have trouble taking blood and I can be left with horrendous bruises and four/five attempts,
