"They made an awful procedure bearable"

About: Whiteabbey Hospital / Endoscopy Services

(as the patient),

I attended Whiteabbey Hospital towards the end of March for an endoscopy. I wanted to let you know the staff were fantastic they made an awful procedure bearable.

The nurses who checked me in were Jenny and Amy  I did not know the nurses in the room where the procedure took place but they were so lovely and helpful.

The consultant Richard was such a pleasant approachable person who explained everything that was going on.

All these staff were so fantastic I would like to send my thanks to them and commend them for the excellent job they do.

Claire also helped me immensely in doing my pre assessment and getting the right medication.

Thanks so much

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback for Whiteabbey Endoscopy.

I am delighted to hear that that you had such a positive experience whilst being in the unit. The staff all try their best to offer reassurance prior and during the procedure and will be pleased to hear that their hard work is paying off.

I will pass on your compliments during the next staff briefing.

Many thanks again
