About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Emergency Assessment Unit

(as a service user),

Was seen by 8 staff members during my 6 hours in the Medical Department for suspected DVT. All were calm, friendly, courteous and efficient. Could not have asked for better attention. Even got tea and sandwich!
