(as a service user),

I was very happy with my assessment, I found Glenda very friendly and explained all the procedures very well before commencing.

Any additional questions I had were addressed by the podiatrist who Glenda had asked to speak to me.

I left my appointment feeling very reassured of the thoroughness of the assessment. Glenda and the podiatrist were very professional, knowledgable and put me totally at ease with their friendly manners.
