The service is alright, I've been coming about a year. I come today for a restart with the service. The area is difficult for me to get to from Ockendon, A hub would be better if they could do one day a week in a closer location to where I live. My bus route means catching two buses to get here every time and it can take a while so I am often delayed getting to my appointments.
