"Kind NHS staff going over and above"

I was recently trying to contact a particular NHS GGC clinic but struggling with getting through despite switchboard attempting different numbers for me.  I looked online in the hope I could find an alternative number that might work.  I found a number for clinic A at the New Victoria Hospital (Glasgow) and spoke to Frances.  I explained the situation and Frances was so kind and helpful, despite it not being her department she took the time to try and locate a number for me.  We finished the call and a short while later Frances called again to say she had found another number which was going to be the right one!  I was so touched by this gesture and the help and care shown by Frances when she must have been so busy with her own work.  It’s amazing, people like Frances that make the NHS and touch the hearts of many.  Thank you and keep up the wonderful work that you do.
