The acute care at Home Team, by their very nature, come into people's homes at an extremely difficult time for families.

From the moment they entered our home to care for me dad, we knew he was in good hands. Their arrival was prompt and professional - within hours of a referral being made, their assessment team arrived. We were impressed that even with such a short time of preparation, the staff who came had clearly taken time to familiarise themselves with my father's medical history and so were able to speak to us about treatments he had received to date.

Communication within the team was second to none, every member of the team who arrived during the 5 days that they cared for me Dad arrived fully up to date with what treatments that were being tried and with how he was responding.

Their ability to communicate effectively with each other and with us, the family was exemplary and helped us to trust that my father was receiving the absolute best care possible.
