"No WiFi connection"

About: Nuffield Health, Guildford Hospital

Sitting in a chair for hours on end without being able to connect to the net is very frustrating. One can connect via mobile, but that is not good enough. Patients should be warned so that they can make other plans of it is intentional that there is no WiFi

Thank you for your review and my apologies for the poor Wi-fi coverage at the hospital, during your recent admission.

Unfortunately, following the installation of an upgraded system, the team have identified some areas where the quality of connection is non-optimal. We hope to have this sorted for patients shortly and we are sorry for the negative impact this would have had on your visit.
