"Terrible"

Waiting room overcrowded and smelled of urine .

5 hr wait - staff couldn't give any indication of wait time. Appeared have only 1 doctor on. My son has autism and was struggling with the smell and noise along with his injury.- staff couldn't care less. I witnessed the receptionist being rude to an upset mother - shouting comments after her as she left . We quietly Left after 3 hrs and went to another centre - seen & treated in less than 2 hrs .
