"4 hr stay / Lacking in standard of care "

Was waiting an hour to be triaged and a further 3 hours to be treated

When total wait had exceeded 4 hours I approached a member of staff.

Staff appeared angry frustrated and tired and this was then directed at patients in their tone and manner.

The treatment was also lacking sent for an infected wound I was sent home with a pack of antibiotics and told to dress it myself!

Not impressed after all that time.

The hospital has no neurodiverse policy and the environment is very artificially lit and for long periods this wears you down.

The waiting area appeared run down and in the 4 hours I was there I did not see one member of cleaning staff.

I left feeling worse than I arrived.
