About: Crosshouse Hospital / Speech and Language Therapy

(as the patient),

I have been experiencing speech problems mainly slurring over the past few years and was finding it embarrassing.  I was referred to Jacqueline at Crosshouse hospital.

Over a 3 week period she gave me exercises and tips on speech improvement, it has helped tremendously and I would like to praise and thank her for her professionalism and care.

I hope you will pass this on to her as a big thank you for her help.

I am sorry to hear that you have been experiencing problems with your speech over the last few years, but delighted to hear that Jacqueline has been able to provide you with exercises and tips on speech improvement that have been such a help. This is a lovely example of the patient centred care that we strive to provide
