Been trying to get help for my mental health for 14 years. Have been past from pip to post from service to service, all ultimately giving me the same course of CBT over and over again.

Need some actual help and have been ignored over and over and over. Add to this the lack of help with regard to my ADP application and the last year has proven to me that the NHS Mental Health sees its patients as numbers and statistics to be ticked off, not people who actually need help and deserve respect. 

The experience I have had has been pretty underwhelming, if not straight up disappointing.
