"It's reassuring to have a carer looking after dad"

About: Care at Home / Care at Home Ayr South

(as a relative),

My dad's carer realised he wasn't well and got in contact with family straight away, she was really helpful and caring towards my dad and us as well.

Turned out he most likely had T.I.A. and is now back to his normal self. It's reassuring to have a carer looking after dad first thing in the mornings.

Hi pavoym87,

Thank you so much for taking your time to give us your feedback. I am sorry to hear your Dad has been unwell, this must have been a difficult time for your Dad, yourself and the family.

I am delighted to hear the carer has been helpful and caring towards you all, and I will pass on your feedback to the Ayr South team and also add to our next newsletter.

We strive to provide a high quality care package for everyone and it is comforting to hear you feel reassured having the carer looking after your Dad every morning. I am delighted to hear is in now back to his normal self.

Kind Regards,

Claire
