Although in the past i’ve had a bad experience with one of the GP’s, I have to say this practice is kind and proficient. When i’ve done an eConsult i’ve always had a response. My GP is very understanding. Even though there might be a bit of a wait for an appointment, the reception staff have always done their best to help pass over queries or get me an appointment as soon as they can. Had a pill check on friday and my GP called me the next monday to review this and prescribe my medication.
Just want to say a thank you for your hard work!
