"Disappointing"

About: Taunton Vale Healthcare

My partner was diagnosed with cancer.He was told this over the phone, he was referred to hospital. The surgery forgot to send his referral. He waited 2 agonising weeks, being told by the surgery that all was in hand but it wasn't. We had to do the chasing, ringing both the surgery and the hospital,we ended up getting the appointment to see the consultant ourselves. The surgery has failed my partner in all 6 NHS values. No duty of care, no duty of candour. Very disappointing service. Very let down
