(as a relative),

My aunt was recently admitted to Knightley Ward, NGH, with dementia symptoms.  As a visitor to the ward I was welcomed in a polite, friendly and professional way. The staff on the ward were kind and caring.  I was impressed with how they paid lots of attention to the patients, listening attentively and ensuring their comfort at all times. All members of staff on the ward were professional  from the staff nurses, care assistants through to staff serving meals and making beds. A credit to the hospital.
