"Lack of clear information"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I received a letter inviting me to Crosshouse, the letter said to take painkillers before so I presumed I would be having the procedure done to have a polyp removed.

The trip to hospital for me is 15 miles and when I arrived I saw the doctor for 10 mins and was sent on my way. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication. The doctor apologised that my request for spinal block was never received. Now I have to wait for another appointment and am back on the waiting list.
