About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / General Surgery (wards 64, 65, 66,& 67)

(as a service user),

Outstanding care. I'm a nurse and saw an incredibly effective team, good communication between staff and to me and my family. Speedy recovery with no complications. I was listened to, my needs were met, smooth and seamless care. No issues. No complaints. Management visible on ward. Kind and responsive nursing team. Could not have asked for more.
