About: Sexual Health Services - South Staffordshire (Open Clinic)

(as a service user),

I went to my appointment for a STD check and to discuss this in detail and contraception.

The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Would be helpful if the clinic in Tamworth ran more then 1 day a week.

Hi Orange56,

My name is Andrew and I am a Senior Administrator for the Open Clinic and part of my role is to respond to Care Opinion feedback. I would firstly like to thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback which does mean a lot to our team and is an important contribution to learning and service improvement.

As a service we are aware that the current situation for sexual health in Tamworth is not ideal and we are looking at other options, so I can only apologise and we are all hoping this is temporary.

I am happy that the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. 😊
