"I wasn't made to feel a nuisance"

About: Falmouth Community Hospital / Ophthalmology

Great experience! I was seen on time by two lovely, friendly ladies, put my mind at ease straight away. We had a laugh a minute.

The doctor I saw following on from this, again, put me at my ease and was polite and friendly. I wasn't made to feel a nuisance which can be the case when you're in your 80s.

On a negative side, I found it rather difficult to find the building and then the clinic. 

I wondered if a map on the letter for the appointment would be a possibility.
