"Finally getting to see someone who knows what they are talking about"

I had an appointment with Mr Oydrzdbaz - known as Mr O - and the nurse, Ela. I was very pleasantly surprised with the service I received.

Firstly, the very lovely Ela came to the waiting area just let me me know that Mr O was aware I was waiting and that unfortunately he was running a few minutes late.

I was then seen by Mr O! After been seen by a few different ENT doctors, I was very stressed and confused being told conflicting information. Mr O wanted to see me in person and not diagnose images. True to his words, he broke everything down. Explained everything in detail. Draw diagrams to explain. I felt a great weight had been lifted.

Mr O's knowledge and age definitely shows his expertise. They both made me feel very relaxed. And may I add how funny they both are. Really pleasant people. For one a pleasure to have met. Once again I can’t thank you both enough 🙏 5stars for me
