(as a service user),

I could not have had better care and attention than I received from Beth (frailty practitioner) - she is a truly caring, thoughtful, helpful person who goes the extra mile to do things and make things work.

It has been a privilege to have had her looking after me and I am very grateful to have known her. I'm really sad that I shall not see her smiling face when I need extra help! My ray of sunshine.
