From going through the front door to leaving the premises an air of tranquillity prevailed. With any medical procedure a degree of apprehension is inevitable, but one was put at ease and provided with plenty of information on procedures, concerns and possible outcomes.
"After sales service"was excellent, I did not have a very good aim with the eye drops so requested additional supplies. A concertive effort between Chester and Bolton avoided me making a 80+mile journey with a "damaged" eye.
