The doctor I had the appointment with was proactive in investigating the cause of the medical issue, suggested further examinations (via GP), and provided a treatment plan for the immediate complaint.

The approach of the doctor was professional yet approachable.

It was apparent that she was passionate about her profession and had a genuine desire to help.
