"What a super, friendly and efficient service"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Minor Injuries Unit

(as the patient),

I attended minor injuries in Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline and was met & greeted by an excellent reception member of staff who dealt with my booking in very efficiently.  I waited a very short time and was taken by nurse practitioner to look into my issue. The NP checked my issue, asked for a further opinion  of another nurse. Resolved my issue in minutes and i was on my way within 20 minutes of arriving. What a super, friendy and efficient service.
