About: Inverclyde Royal Hospital / Urology

(as a service user),

Attended at main reception IRH and friendly, welcoming reception lady directed me to the Waiting area. The Dept nurse was equally welcoming & reassuring.

Mr Latif who carried out the procedure was friendly, answered my questions fully, with no jargon. 

Afterwards, the nurse who supervised me leaving was again friendly and reassuring. 

Many thanks to everyone involved fo their great attitude, helpfulness and care

I was very pleased to read you were happy with the care and treatment you received from our staff within the Urology Department of Inverclyde Royal Hospital.

It was very heart warming to hear how the staff took the time to make you feel welcomed and answered any questions you may have had.
