I had a dermatological procedure over a month ago now and emailed the P A L S team to ask for their help and assistance in finding out the results of the tissue sample from histopathology.
They took a week to even respond to my emails and only then once I had warned them that I would visit them in person, which I had to do last time this happened.
I still do not have the results of my tissue sample which is causing some distress, not helped by the incompetent and inefficient 'patient experience team' not doing their jobs properly.
Once again, King's Mill Hospital demonstrates appalling service and dire communication for patients.
