"Kind, caring and all round brilliant staff"

About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute) / Breast surgery

(as the patient),

I had an appointment on the two week wait process at the breast clinic. From the lady on reception, to every single staff member I met, I was absolutely blown away with how amazing they were. A busy clinic on a Saturday and I was met with kind, caring and all round brilliant staff. They made me feel comfortable, listened to and supported. Thank you to everyone a million times over.
