About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Urgent Care Centre

(as the patient),

Took ill at work with breathlessness, I contacted my GP practice who immediately contacted Urgent Care at FV Royal. I was told to attend within the hour. Following some tests I was told I had a DVT.

I would like to say the care and professionalism I received from the Nursing and medical team was exceptional ANP Debbie is an asset to the department. Nursing staff Vanessa, Emma, Abbie, Joe and Stuart the 2 student nurses and Dr Lou were very reassuring and caring. What a fantastic team. 

Senior Charge Nurse Susanne was very welcoming to her department and an excellent example of leadership.
