Arrived in the early morning and admission was very professional and met “Queen“ who was my nurse for the day and who made me feel very at ease .
This was followed by the anaesthetist and Mr Heaton (surgeon) coming round and explaining how the operation would be done and approx time scales .
After the procedure had been done the care I received from all of the staff was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble , even making the 3 patients on the ward a hot drink in the early hours of the morning as all of us were struggling to sleep.
Overall from pre op to post op nothing could be faulted with all staff considerate and attentive at all times .
