"Transformational - very grateful to the service"

My son has complex medical needs and developmental and learning delays. He was referred to the Paediatric Enuresis Service as he approached his teens as he had never been dry overnight.

We were cared for by Sharon, who took great care to listen and understand my son's conditions and the impact on his life, to gain his trust, help him understand and to involve him in his treatment. She also showed such empathy to me and the challenges of managing my son's conditions. She also went above and beyond to ensure that we had the resources we needed before we headed off on holiday. Within a couple of weeks or so, my son was dry overnight. This has been transformational for him, allowing him to be more comfortable and confident.
