"I was reassured about my future operation"

About: Perth Royal Infirmary / Pre-Assessment Clinic

(as the patient),

I was taken promptly just before given time . 

I was treated with respect and dignity at all times.

I was reassured about my future operation, and given clear guidance in what medication not to take before my operation.

I was also given plenty of time to ask any questions or concerns.

All members of said were very polite and knowledgeable.
