I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional care I received from Nurse Hugh and the reception staff in Glasgow Royal infirmary minor injuries unit during my recent visit after a volleyball game.

Nurse Hugh's extensive knowledge and confident demeanour instantly made me feel safe and reassured. His professionalism and attention to detail were truly remarkable, and I left the clinic feeling confident in the care I received. Additionally, the reception staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, which contributed to a positive overall experience. Thank you all for your outstanding dedication to patient care!
