"Gave me a thorough examination"

Yesterday I met a rheumatology nurse called Jane. This was the first time I had met her. I have been having terrible pains with my arthritis for a while and had no joy when I met with a doctor at my local practice. So I spoke to Sara at the rheumatology department who arranged an appointment for me. Jane listened to what I had to say, gave me a thorough examination, and explained everything she was doing and why.

She gave me hope that I might be able to get on with my life without so much pain. I was so impressed by her and so pleased with her treatment I just had to write and let you know.
