As you say we were met with a smile by everyone we encountered. My husband was made to feel very welcome and we were offered use of the complimentary drinks and biscuits.
Throughout the whole proceedure everything happened seamlessly, the actual proceedure was pover in under 10 minutes and we left soon after. I was fully informed at all times and given plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
By lunch time the following day I was able to use my laptop, watch TV and do some of my favourite hobby Cross Stitching.
I cannot fault the facility, proceedure or the staff and highly recommend SpaMedica Sheffield.
