"Poor service "

I’ve been on the implant waiting list for months I finally got an appointment booked and received a text a couple of weeks later to say it had been cancelled, it was then rescheduled for me to receive another text to say it had been cancelled yet again. I’ve had to reschedule my days at work multiple times and lost money due to working on a client basis, I have now been put back on the waiting list as there are no future appointments available. I’ve been left struggling with terrible cramps and irregular/heavy periods with no advice or help other than they will be in touch when future appointments finally become available.
