"Efficient and pleasant staff"

My appointment for an ultrasound guided cortisone injection came through in less than two weeks. The clinic is very pleasant and I appreciated the muted lighting and non clinical atmosphere and there was less hustle and bustle making for a much calmer experience. The nurse and the doctor were happy to answer questions and whilst they were efficient they took the time to make small talk which both gave me confidence in their abilities whilst putting me at ease. The short wait in the clinic afterwards to ensure I was OK accompanied by a very nice cup of coffee came as a pleasant and welcome surprise!Having a procedure done is never something you would look forward to but I would say this clinic did everything they could to make it as pleasant an experience as possible.
