As the AI will not allow negative comments, what is the point of asking for reviews? Reviews are meant to be honest and about the hospital service offered.

I received poor service initially but this was corrected the next day by a Senior Registrar.

Next all of the assessments will be carried out by AI asking you to tick boxes.
