About: Newham General Hospital

My experience with the gynaecological department was regrettably unpleasant. From scheduling difficulties to a notable lack of communication and empathy from the staff (bordering on patronizing during phone interactions), the overall process proved frustrating. Despite the significance of the matter, the level of care and attention to detail appeared deficient across all levels, from the front desk to the nurses and consultants. I earnestly hope for swift improvements to ensure a smoother and more compassionate experience for patients. Additionally, I must emphasize that the doctor's incompetency and poor communication resulted in delays in my referral to the assisted reproductive unit at another hospital. This level of service is utterly unacceptable.
