"Amazing staff across all levels"

About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

(as the patient),

I was in Otter Ward for an operation on my nose which went well.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were attentive and efficient. When I woke up I was looked after straight away. When I got to the ward (Otter) the staff were amazing! In other hospitals I've begged for pain relief and sometimes waited for hours to be attended to. The staff would come around and ask if I needed anything. They were all polite and friendly. Instead of taking a list of needs from multiple patients, they dealt with one thing at a time, so nobody seemed to get forgotten.

I was concerned at my parking fee, an HCA arranged a waiver within 15 mins.

As hospital visits go, I've had a good few around the country! This one topped all for every aspect. Amazing staff across all levels from the Surgeon to the cleaners. Thank you so much!
