"Lovely nurses made our son feel safe and comfortable"

About: Outpatients / Fracture Clinic

(as a parent/guardian),

Our son broke his leg and had to get a cast. The lovely nurses helped him feel at ease and I feel they really went above and beyond.

As he was getting his cast on one lady got him a biscuit and let him watch cartoons on her phone (dinosaurs). I think her name is Claire.

I am sorry to hear your son has suffered a broken leg. I hope he is recovering well.

Thanks you for taking the time to leave such kind and positive feed back. I am so glad the staff, and especially Claire helped to make his visit as easy as possible as it can be a frightening experience for children.
