I feel like Karina has listened to me and understood me since our first meeting which is something that I usually struggle with when talking to people. It's been great being able to open up and be honest about what is working and what isn't and have found ti very easy to adapt.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback about Karina and ORB, it is always very much appreciated.

We are so pleased you have been able to open up and talk honestly with Karina. Supporting our service users to better understand themselves and their mental health, can be so fundamental in taking positive steps in your recovery journey.

We will be sure to pass your feedback onto Karina. Please be aware we have a service user voice meeting every Friday in our Recovery Cafe, for any additional feedback you may have to help shape our service.
