(as a service user),

I have osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis from at least a year, I have received treatment from Jenny, hand therapist, in the physiotherapy department at Bideford Community Hospital, Bideford, Devon.

She has gone above and beyond her job description, to help me manage pain and welling in my hands, and also care for my general well being! She has true empathy with her patients, is kind, sympathetic and encouraging in her outlook.

Jenny should be commended! She is a shining star for care in the NHS.
