About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Emergency Medicine

(as a service user),

I was taken to the Emergency Department by colleagues as I was faint, pale and sweaty, and had a previous Myocardial infarction (MI) two years ago.

The team of nurses, Erin & Annie, and doctors, Otto & Craig, were kind, patient focused, attentive and professional.  Despite a very busy department, at no time did they make me feel rushed.  They were extremely thorough and communication was excellent.  A real credit to their professions and to NHS Grampian.  Thank you.
