"Fantastic Service on multiple occasions"

This practice is very professional and I feel has a great system in place to deal with 'on the day' appointments, in my opinion especially with children as well as routine appointments that are not urgent. My husband has multiple medical issues currently being investigated and they have been exemplary in ensuring he has been seen by the correct professionals in secondary care and followed up on these consultations at the surgery.

The reception staff are very friendly, along with the nurses and GPs nothing is too much trouble. I was advised/sign posted to use the Skin Analytics Service to have a mole looked at, and was seen within a week. The reception staff are very good at signposting to the correct areas that a patient may need.

The website is very easy to navigate around and ask questions on to free up their phone lines, and the surgery are always excellent at responding to these requests and questions.

The practice also offers Saturday appointments whih is very helpful for people who work in the week. Don't change what you are doing as I am very happy with the service we have received. I feel very lucky to be registered at this practice.
