"An outstanding practice "

The doctor seemed to already be aware of special needs hence meeting us in the reception area,introducing himself. (What an ice breaker when you're anxious)

Reviewing recent hospital results the doctor was amazing ,we were completely involved in the discussion with the GP respecting our comments and opinions.

As a follow up a full examination of the area which was problematic took place .

There was no hesitation in putting a further care plan in place ie. X Ray and physiotherapy .

Pain control and well being was also discussed. The GP should be commended for his people skills .

At no time did we feel rush and we felt reassured and valued as a patient.
